“Pumpkin Spice Smoothie Bowl
  • 1 cup frozen mango cubes
  • 6 cubes frozen pumpkin squash puree
  • 2 frozen bananas very ripe
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice ( chilled)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbs Pumpkin Spice mix
  • 1 Tbs Tropicana blend @unicornsuperfoods (optional) you can sub with turmeric OR 1 TSP GINGER POWDER
