  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 med/large cloves of garlic, roughly cut

  • 3 tbs fresh parsley, divided (or sub 1 tbs with cut up green onion)
  • 3 to 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled, divided in half
  • some cooking oil/spray
