2 tbsp Baking Powder

275 g Butter plus extra for greasing

50 g Caster Sugar

6 pack ClemenGold Clementines peeled, 4 diced and 2 sliced

1 carton Cream or Ice cream

175 g Demerara Sugar

2 - Egg

3 tbsp Milk

44 ml Whiskey optional

115 g flour
