  • 1 + ⅓ teaspoon Mahleb powder
  • ⅓ teaspoon Cardamom powder
  •  
  • ⅓ teaspoon salt
  • ½ orange zest
  • ⅔ teaspoon Mastiha Powder or ½ teaspoon Mastiha tears (see note 1 at the bottom of the recipe)
  • 100 grams / 3.5 oz butter melted and at room temperature
