  • 11 ⁄2 pounds chicken breasts (boneless, skinless - cooked & shredded. I seasoned mine slightly with garlic salt, onion powder, and pepper while cooking it.)
  • 1 ⁄2 cup yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (organic)
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 1 ⁄2 cup carrots (organic, shredded)
  • 3 celery (3 to 4 celery sticks, chopped)
  • 4 cups spinach (organic baby spinach, chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons parsley (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (dried)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 16 ounces gnocchi (1 package)
