Persian-Style Chicken Stew 
With Walnuts & Pomegranate Molasses
Ingredients

  • Pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp each ground cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
