Miso-Sesame Glazed Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. white miso paste
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce or tamari
  • ½ tsp. chili flakes
  • ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp. neutral cooking oil (I use avocado oil)
  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • ¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
