Devilish Eggs
These eggs will get you compliments all day long and are perfect at any dinner party.

Ingredients
  • 1 Dz Eggs (hard boiled, peeled, halved and scooped)
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Horseradish Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Pickle Juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • note: Optional Anchovy or Caviar
  • Smoked Paprika for garnish
Steps
  1. 1.  Bring water to boil.
  2. 2.  Add eggs to boiling water for 8 minutes, remove from heat and add eggs to a bath of ice cubes for 8         minutes. Peel eggs and separate yolks to another bowl.
  3. 3.  Add ingredients to yolk and beat on high speed with hand held beater until all lumps are gone.
  4. 4.  Spoon egg yolk mixture into a piping bag.
  5. 5.  Pipe egg yolk mixture into each halved egg white.
  6. 6.  Spoon over with optional Anchovies or Caviar.
  7. 7.  Garnish with a sprinkle Smoked Paprika.
Notes
  • Hint:
  • 1. If you don't have a piping bag use a Ziplock© bag and cut off a corner tip.
  • 2. Using the sharp end of a tack make a slight pin hole at one of the ends of the eggs before boiling.
  • 3. Add Tsp of Baking Soda to boiling water (Both will aid in effortless egg peeling.
  • 4. I always add a flower to the center of the egg plate for garnish.
