Chicken, Leek and Mushroom Pasties
Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups all purpose flour
  • 5 Tbsp butter, frozen
  • salt

  • 1 lb chicken (either cooked chicken breasts or leftover roasted chicken), cut into small pieces
  • 4 pieces bacon
  • glug olive oil, Tbsp butter
  • 3 leeks, halved lenthwise, then cut into ½″ widths
  • 1 ½ cups mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ⅔ cup cream
  • 1 heaping tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 heaping tsp grain mustard
