Ingredients
  • 4 to 5 Chicken breast, cut bite size
  • Oil for frying
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 ½ cans Pineapple chunks, using some of the juice
  • 1 ½ jars pineapple salsa
Steps
  1. Season chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Fry chicken until browned/caramelized.
  3. Stir in pineapple chucks with juice (not all the juice)
  4. Stir in pineapple salsa.
  5. Bring to simmer and simmer for 45 to 1 hour until chicken is tender.
  6. Serve over rice if desired
