  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ tsp. Black Peppercorns
  • ¼ tsp. Crushed Chile Flake
  • Fresh Herbs** such as Rosemary, Oregano, Nettle
  • Raw Apple Cider Vinegar - Approx. 2 Cups
  • Honey
  • Two limes will work as a substitute
  • note: Dried herbs will work in a pinch!
