Mint Patty Bars (Low-Carb,Sugar-Free, Thm
Ingredients

  • ⅔ C. Baking Blend Or almond flour
  • 4 T. Melted Butter

  • 4 oz. Cream Cheese
  • ¼ C. Cream
  • ½ C. Gentle Sweet
  • ¼ t. Mint Extract
  • 2 T. Coconut Oil
  • 3 Drops Green Food Coloring (This is optional. I don't mind a couple drops of food coloring to make a pretty dessert! If you want something different, you can puree ½ C. Spinach leaves with ½ t. water to give the filling a more natural green color)

  • ½ Batch Skinny Chocolate (Find in the THM Cookbook. If you don't have access to that, you can use melted 85% Chocolate)
