  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp dried herbs, such as Italian seasoning or rosemary
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp stevia
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp whole flaxseeds
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
