Ingredients
  • 2 lbs red potatoes, raw
  • 1 Tbsp salt for water
  • 1 ( 1 oz.) package dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • ½ cup celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup dill pickles, chopped
  • ½ cup scallions, diced
  • ⅓ cup red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup light Kraft mayonnaise
  • 1 cup non fat Greek or plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp light or fat free Italian dressing ( I use OLIVE GARDEN LITE ITALIAN DRESSING)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
