Cream Cheese Baked Spaghetti
Quick easy dish of spaghetti casserole!

Servings: 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 28oz jar prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 1lb ground beef, lean
  • ½ cup diced green pepper
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Steps
  1. Cook spaghetti noodles according to the directions. After they are drained add the cream cheese while the noodles are still hot and mix thoroughly.
  2. Brown ground beef green peppers onion garlic and italian seasoning in pain. Drain and place back into the pan and add the sauce.
  3. In a 9x13 pan spray lightly with non stick oil and spread a small amount of the hamburger mixture around the bottom. Layer spaghetti on the top of the sauce and then add the remaining hamburger.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on top and bake at 350* for 30 mins or until cheese is bubbly!
  5. Enjoy!!
