Ingredients
  • 1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed and roughly smashed with a fork

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 celery stalk

  • subheading: 1 teaspoon each:
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • paprika
  • chipotle powder
  • and turmeric(1 teaspoon each)
  • about ¼ cup oat flour
  • 1 flax egg
  •  
  • Mix well, form into 4 little patties. Bake 375 on parchment for 30 minutes flipping halfway. Very customizable and are absolutely beautiful the next day reheated in the air frier. Don’t use chipotle powder if you don’t like spice.
