Baked General Tso's Sticky Wings
Ingredients
  • 24 chicken wings with skin, rinsed and patted dry (approx 3 pounds)

  • ½ to 1 ½ teaspoons Sriracha/Asian hot chili sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons freshly grated ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • subheading: CARAMEL SAUCE:
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
