Easy Delicious Twice Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 3 (8 oz.) baking or russet potatoes, uncooked
  • ¼ tsp coarse salt or kosher salt
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp skim or unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp Land ‘O Lakes light butter made with canola oil
  • ¼ cup or 4 Tbsp fat free sour cream
  • ¾ cup non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded  and divided
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 6 slices center cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup green onion, thinly sliced
