Middle Eastern Spiced Chicken

Ingredients
  • 100 grams chicken
  • 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
  • ½ cup chicken broth or water
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic crushed and minced
  • ⅛ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • Dash of cumin
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Combine spices with liquid ingredients. Bring to a boil. Add tomatoes and chicken to the sauce. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes and serve.
