Ingredients
- 4 lb butt or shoulder pork roast
- McCormicks pork rub
- Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce
- 2 cups beef or chicken broth
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 2 shots of apple cider vinegar
Steps
- Heat pot on sauté
- Cut roast in 4 equal pieces
- Add the liquid ingredients
- Cover meat with dry pork rub
- Add the meat pieces in one layer if u can or stack around the pot uniformly
- Cook on Manual for 75 minutes with a NPR
- After release shred meat. Take any liquid that makes it swim just keep enough to keep
- Meat moist. Then add your SMOKEY RAYS however much you like it serve on th side.

- Here are the pressure cooking times depending on the size of your pork shoulder pieces from a 4 pounds pork shoulder picnic:
- If it's cut into 8 pieces: roughly 55 to 60 minutes pressure cooking time.
- If it's cut into 4 pieces: roughly 60 to 70 minutes pressure cooking time.
- If it's cut into 2 pieces: roughly 75 to 80 minutes pressure cooking time.
