  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cups pearl couscous
  • Juice of ¼ lemon
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 to 5 cups water
  • 2 bunches of kale
  • Scant ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon tamari or regular soy sauce
