Pan Burrito

Ingredients
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 16 oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 pkg enchilada mix
  • Large size flour tortillas 10
  • 1 ½ lb shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 can refried beans vegetarian
Steps
  1. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam
  2. Brown meat and drain
  3. Mix enchilada mix according to directions, simmer 10 min.
  4. Add to skillet with the meat, refried beans, Garlic and onion powders. Heat through.
  5. Place ¼ of meat mixture on bottom of pan.
  6. Cover with tortilla x 2. Cut to fit pan
  7. Layer ¼ meat, ⅓ cheese, 2 tortillas repeat 2 more times ending with cheese
  8. Bake 350 for 30 to 45 min. Longer if cold.
  9. Let set 10 min before cutting
  10. Serve with sour cream and onions.
