  1. just place them in the fryer abour 12 minutes and flip then another 8 to 10 minutes till disired likeness. i roast them in the summer on the barbecue. this reminded me of summer. eat in a sandwich or on a plate as a side
Notes
  • If you put them into a paper lunch bag right away, the steam will allow the skins to slip right off!
  • If you don't have a paper lunch bag, just put them in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap or towel.
  • I love to roast those mini peppers that come in a bag. I lightly spray them with OO and sprinkle with sea salt. I also put a sprinkle of minced garlic (from a jar). Roast for about 10 minutes. We eat them on sandwiches, salads or sometimes dip them in hummus instead of pita. Wonderfullness.
  • I just throw them back into the plastic produce bag that I took them out of to steam.
