Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients
  • 2 ⅔ oz cream cheese
  • 5 ⅓ oz Italian sausage
  • 4 jalapenos (sliced in half with seeds and ribs removed)
  • 8 slices bacon (regular thickness)
Steps
  1. Brown italian sausage until cooked through.
  2. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
  3. Split filling between jalapeno halves and wrap tightly with a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick on each end.
  4. Grill or bake until bacon is cooked through. We prefer to grill low heat for approx 45 minutes!
