- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1½ pound large shrimp (2⅓0 count), peeled and deveined, tails left on
- 2 cups watercress leaves and tender stems
