Cream Cheese Stuffed Keto Bagel Bites (Bantam Bagel Copycat)

Ingredients
- •2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
- •1 cup plain cream cheese
- •2 Tsp baking powder
- •1 egg whisked
- •1 cup almond flour
- •everything but the bagel seasoning
Steps
- 1. Melt the mozzarella cheese and 2 Tbsp of cream cheese in the microwave. This should take 1:30-2:00 minutes, depending on your microwave. Mix the cheeses.
- 2. Add the egg to the cheese mixture and mix.
- 3. Add the almond flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly. This works in a mixer or you can knead the dough with your hands,just make sure your hands are wet - it’s easier to work with the dough.
- 4. Divide the mixture into 4 to 6 pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
- 5. Flatten each individual ball and then place a tsp of plain cream cheese in the middle.
- 6. Fold the dough around the ball and roll it into the cream cheese is fully enclosed with dough.
- 7. Repeat with the remaining dough and cream cheese.
- 8. Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel Seasoning over the top of the stuffed dough balls.
- 9. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees until the stuffed bagels are a golden brown color.

Notes
- I divided the dough again to make smaller bites.
- When I was putting the seasoning on, I realized it wasn’t sticking to the balls. I ended up melting some butter and dipped the dough balls into the butter. That worked great.
- I also put cinnamon and sugar on half of them for my hubby!
