Instant Pot Beef Curry
Ingredients
  • 3 carrots, cut up
  • 2 russet potatoes, cut up
  • 2 lb lean beef stew meat
  • kosher salt or himalayan salt
  • ground black pepper/or white pepper for more heat
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (grated)
  • 1 Tbsp curry powder
  • 2 cups beef stock
Steps
  1. Cut the stew meat up in half.
  2. Use the sauté button and cook the meat till brown.
  3. Put in beef broth next , then the carrots and potatoes.
  4. Add ginger, garlic, curry powder, white pepper or black pepper.
  5. Put the pot on 20 minutes Manuel high and NPR for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve over white rice and naan bread.
