- 1.5 lb Beef sirloin tip steak or top sirloin, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 lb Potatoes peeled and cut into 1" cubes
- 4 tablespoon Neutral oil such as Canola
- 4 tbsp Butter divided
- 4 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 3 teaspoon Salt cut in half if you want less salt; my favorite brand is Diamond Kosher Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
