Mexican Spicy Ground Beef Stew
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • 2 cups Homemade Salsa
  • 2 cans Corn or 1 lb Frozen Corn
  • 6 diced small Yellow or Red Potatoes
  • 1 can cut Green Beans (optional)
  • 4 Zuchinni or Squash (optional)
  • 6 cups Water or until the potatoes are almost covered
Steps
  1. Brown ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain fat.
  2. On medium heat, add homemade salsa. Bring to boil.
  3. Add diced potatoes and water. Cook until halfway done.
  4. Add corn and green beans.
  5. Add zuchinni or squash when potatoes are starting to get soft.
  6. Taste and add more salt if needed.
  7. Bring to a soft boil.
  8. Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes and zuchinni or squash are tender.
