Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups (828 mL) low-sodium vegetable broth, divided
  • 1 15.5-oz. can low-sodium chickpeas, rinsed
  • 1 ½ cups (195 g) frozen peas
  • ½ cup (115 g) Universal Meals Sunflower Sour Cream or
  • vegan sour cream
  • 1 ½ cups (201 g) kale, chopped
  • ½ cup (35 g) nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
