Ingredients
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 4 chicken thighs, skin on, bones removed, chopped
- sea salt
- black pepper
- 1 white onion, sliced thinly
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup coconut aminos
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
Steps
- Melt coconut oil over medium heat. Season chicken, add to pan with onions, cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Combine remaining ingredients, except broccoli, in a bowl, then pour into the pan. Add broccoli, cover and cook until done.
