Happy Keto Body Ginger Garlic Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 4 chicken thighs, skin on, bones removed, chopped
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 white onion, sliced thinly
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
Steps
  1. Melt coconut oil over medium heat. Season chicken, add to pan with onions, cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients, except broccoli, in a bowl, then pour into the pan. Add broccoli, cover and cook until done.
