Tonkatsu with Homemade Sauce
Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Four ½-inch-thick boneless pork chops or cutlets (about 4 ounces each; see Cook’s Note), patted dry

  • Neutral-flavored oil, such as vegetable or canola, for pan-frying
