  • 1 ounce parmesan cheese, grated
  • 5 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 ounces (4 cups packed) baby spinach leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or more to taste
  • 2 ounces (½ cup) sliced almonds
