  • 2 tbl cumin
  • 2 tbl cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • pinch of red chili flakes
  • handful of spinach or chopped kale
  • 1 green onion diced
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • OPTIONAL: cilantro
