- ⅓ cup / 1oz / 30g freshly grated Parmesan
- ½ small bunch Fresh Basil, plus extra small leaves to serve (1 small bunch is 1oz/30g)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 medium Onion, finely diced
- 1 large clove of Garlic, finely diced
- Chilli Flakes, to serve (optional)

- ⅓ cup EACH: Feta, Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp finely diced Parsley
