Za'Atar Salmon with Lemon Herb Couscous

  • 1 cup Israeli couscous , uncooked
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley , chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill , chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup feta cheese , crumbled
  • ¼ cup pine nuts , toasted
