- 5 tbsp of unsalted melted then cooled butter
- 1 lb room temperature cream cheese
- ¼ cup packed dark brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 whole egg, room temp
- 2 large eggs yolks, room temp
- ¼ cup sour cream, regular or low fat
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp flour
- pinch of salt (my addition)
