100% Sourdough English Muffins
Ingredients

  • 380g Bread/ All-Purpose Flour
  • 100g Levain/ *Sourdough Discard
  • 110g water
  • 110g Milk/ water
  • 9g Salt
  • 15g Sugar
  • 35g Butter (softened)/ oil
  • note: ptional: 2g Instant Yeast if using discard that is sluggish
  • Instant Yeast Version ♡
  •  
  • 420g Bread/ All-Purpose Flour
  • 5g Instant Yeast
  • 150g water
  • 140g Milk/ water
  • 9g Salt
  • 15g Sugar
  • 35g Butter (softened)/ oil
  •  
  • ➡️ Mix all the ingredients (except butter) together, knead until the dough is fairly elastic.
