- note: ptional: 2g Instant Yeast if using discard that is sluggish
- Instant Yeast Version ♡
- 420g Bread/ All-Purpose Flour
- 5g Instant Yeast
- 150g water
- 140g Milk/ water
- 9g Salt
- 15g Sugar
- 35g Butter (softened)/ oil
