Ingredients
  • 1 lb. of sea scallops
  • sea salt or kosher salt
  • freshly ground pepper.
Steps
  1. Spray the tray with cooking spray
  2. Spray the front and back of scallops with olive oil
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the front and back of the scallops.
  4. Air Fry for 6 minutes, middle shelf.  You can turn them at the half way mark.  If the scallops are really big, they may take 8 minutes to cook.
Notes
  • 01May2019 - These cooked up nice. They are not pretty looking like sauteed scallops but they were tender and flavorful.
