Ingredients
  • ½ cup whey protein (I use THM Pristine Whey)
  • 1 tsp xantham gum
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbs seltzer (I used Mama Dew I had made up! If you don’t have Mama Dew, add a splash of ACV to your batter)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbs almond milk
  • 2 tbs masa
  • 4 to 6 hot dogs (less than 2 grams of sugar per serving to remain on plan for Trim Healthy Mama)
  • Sticks or skewers for dipping
  • oat fiber for coating dogs (if you don’t have this, don’t sweat it)
