  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • subheading: Toffee Sauce:
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp brandy
  • 1 ½ tbsp heavy/double cream
