  • ⅓ cup light mayo
  • ⅓ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt or light sour cream
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice or Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp minced dill
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste
