Ingredients
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cup Re-hydrated sun dried tomatoes
  • Ms dash
  • (Purée with water in a vitamix) it should be watery/ thin.
  • Add a ¼ cup chia (that has been soaking overnight in 4x the amt of water)
  • Add a ¼ to a ½ cup of soaked whole flax seeds.
  • Should be like pancake batter.
  • Using a teaspoon, drop dollops evenly spaced across the teflex covered trays (or parchment paper - which I prefer)...
  • I dehydrate at 115 F for 24 hrs to keep them at the highest level of nutrition by not killing off the enzymes
