- 1 1/2 lb hamburger (browned)
- 2c chopped carrots
- 3-4 c cubed potatoes
- 6-7 c beef broth
- 1-2c chopped onion (browned with burger)
- 2tsp parsley
- 1tsp pepper
- 1tsp salt
- 6-8 strips crispy bacon chopped
- 8oz cream cheese
- 3c shredded cheddar cheese
- 1c milk mixed with 1/4c flour
- Combine all ingredients except for cream cheese, cheddar & milk in Instant Pot.
- Cook 15 min on soup setting, Quick Release.
- Add cream cheese, cheddar, milk & flour mixture.
- Turn pot to simmer until cheese is melted and soup has thickened.
