  • Freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ cup toasted peanut oil
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt (preferably smoked)
  • 2 to 3 cups chopped leafy greens (mustards, collards, turnips, radish greens, or a combination)
  • Steamed white rice, for serving
