Healthy Banana Muffins {Kid Approved}
Ingredients
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 large (1 ½ cups) very ripe bananas
  • ½ cup applesauce, unsweetened
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 3 tbsp olive, avocado or coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder, aluminum free
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ⅓ cups whole wheat or spelt flour
  • Cooking spray (I use Misto)
