  • In an attempt to break away from our turkey standbys, I experimented with Greek meatballs and they turned out pretty darn good if I do say so myself! Plus they make a ton, so we got two dinners out of them. They are super point friendly as well - just 1 point for up to 5 meatballs on (the points for all plans are towards the bottom).
  • 1 lb 99% fat-free ground turkey
  • 2 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp parsley
