Ingredients
  • 1 Large Red Onion
  • 16 oz Shrimp pealed and deveined-medium sized
  • 1 can of Crab Meat
  • 2 stalks of Celery
  • The juice and zest of 2 Limes
  • 1 can of Anchovies
  • 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
  • ½ cup of Cilantro
Steps
  1. 1.  Chop all ingredients into small pea sized pieces.
  2. 2.  Combine all ingredients until well combined.
  3. 3.  Best is left to rest in refrigerator overnight, but not necessary.
  4. 4.  Salt and Pepper to taste.
Notes
  • Freezes well.
