Ingredients
- 1 Large Red Onion
- 16 oz Shrimp pealed and deveined-medium sized
- 1 can of Crab Meat
- 2 stalks of Celery
- The juice and zest of 2 Limes
- 1 can of Anchovies
- 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
- ½ cup of Cilantro
Steps
- 1. Chop all ingredients into small pea sized pieces.
- 2. Combine all ingredients until well combined.
- 3. Best is left to rest in refrigerator overnight, but not necessary.
- 4. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Notes
- Freezes well.
