Homemade Pear Tart (Terry Loves It)
Very wet but the crust didn't end up too soggy. The crust needed a little more salt or use salted butter. It was bland. The pears taste good but there was far too much moisture. Perhaps I could cut the pears and place them in a strainer before adding all the other ingredients.
