Warm Chicken & Brown Rice Nutrition Bomb
Ingredients
  • 2 tbs brown rice
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped

  • 75g chicken breast, cut in slices
  • 50g broccoli florets
  • 2 kale leaves, stripped from stem and finley shredded
  • 1 small carrot, cut in thin strips
  • ½ cup finely shredded red cabbage
  • 1 spring onion, sliced on the angle
  • 2 tbs tzatziki
